If you are not completely satisfied with an item you have purchased from our site, return or exchange it to us within 30 days after received. We will start the return process in 2 business days. If you are returning items that were ordered as part of a promotional discount or were bundled, we will gladly accept the return; however, the value of the discount, free product, or gift card will be deducted from your reimbursement.

If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason. No restocking fee to be charged to the consumers for the return of a product.

We do not require a "return authorization but you may wish to contact us prior to returning the merchandise if you have any questions about a return or exchange.

  1. Eligibility for Returns or Exchange:

Products must be in new, unused condition.

Original packaging and tags must be intact.

Order confirmation is required.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the product.

Provide your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the product you wish to return.

To efficiently process your returns, please put a note in the box with the following information:

  • First and Last Name
  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return

Follow the instructions provided by our customer service team for returning the product. 

  1. Return Shipping:

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns. One returned package, please provide the tracking number to our customer service. 

  1. Inspection and Approval:

Once we receive the returned product, it will be inspected to ensure it meets the return eligibility criteria.

If the return is approved, we will process a refund or exchange as requested. 

  1. Refunds:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. 

  1. Exclusions:

Certain products may not be eligible for returns, such as personalized items or products that are explicitly marked as non-returnable.

Please do not request a charge back from your credit card company during the return process because it takes time to resolve charge back disputes.
